Senior AI data analyst

Tele2 is looking for a proactive and business-minded Senior AI Data Analyst to help turn data into smarter business decisions. In this role, you will build predictive models for customer churn and pricing, lead the adoption of Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) such as Claude and Gemini, and help drive AI adoption across the organization by identifying practical ways AI can create business value.

What You will do

• build and maintain models for churn, customer lifetime value (CLTV), upsell, and pricing (Next Best Offer / Next Best Action)
• analyze large datasets and translate results into clear business recommendations
• lead our adoption of Generative AI and LLMs, running pilots that bring tools like Claude and Gemini into our day-to-day work
• design and implement LLM-powered solutions using prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and other modern techniques
• champion AI adoption across departments by sharing expertise, running enablement sessions, and helping teams discover where AI can add value

What we expect

Technical skills

• strong Python skills, including Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn
• solid grasp of machine learning methods (regression, classification, clustering, forecasting) applied to real business problems
• advanced SQL skills
• hands-on experience with Generative AI and LLMs such as Claude, Gemini, or open-source alternatives
• practical knowledge of LLM techniques including prompt engineering and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)

Professional skills

• strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• genuine interest in helping colleagues learn and adopt AI solutions
• curious and proactive mindset with a passion for exploring new AI opportunities and business applications
