We are looking for a proactive and business-minded Senior Category Manager to join our Procurement team.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing category strategies that deliver sustainable business value across assigned spend portfolios. You will act as a trusted partner to internal stakeholders and key suppliers, driving strategic sourcing initiatives, optimizing commercial performance, and strengthening supply resilience.

Job description
- Define and execute category strategies aligned with business objectives;
- Analyze spending, market trends, and supplier landscape to identify value opportunities;
- Lead end-of-the-end sourcing processes, including RFx and supplier selection;
- Negotiate contracts and commercial terms with key suppliers;
- Manage strategic supplier relationships and drive performance through KPIs;
- Conduct market benchmarking and mitigate supply and business risks;
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align procurement with operational and innovation needs;
- Deliver cost savings and track category performance;
- Ensure transparency through reporting, budgeting support, and spending visibility;
- Drive sustainability, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or category management;
- Proven track record in supplier negotiations and contract management;
- Experience in an international, multi-site manufacturing or industrial environment;
- Strong analytical skills and commercial mindset;
- Ability to manage stakeholders and work cross-functionally;
- Solid understanding of procurement tools and ERP systems;
- Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability;
- Fluency in Lithuanian and business‑level English (written and spoken);
- Willingness to travel (approx. 24-30 days per year).
