As a Senior Commercial Pricing Analyst you will be responsible for supporting Dexcom's Pricing Strategy in EMEA for specific markets and will work across the region to provide governance, analytical and decision support on the pricing of our products across the region, in line with an EMEA pricing strategy.

As a Senior Commercial Pricing Analyst you will be responsible for supporting Dexcom's Pricing Strategy in EMEA for specific markets and will work across the region to provide governance, analytical and decision support on the pricing of our products across the region, in line with an EMEA pricing strategy.
About the Role:
- The role will be to support pricing analysis, governance and decision support across the EMEA region ensuring all decisions are made in line with the EMEA pricing strategy.
- The role will support monthly and quarterly reporting and dashboarding packages with the objective of providing deep and insightful analysis on pricing performance.
- The role will have a broad market awareness of the markets and segments we operate, reimbursement structures and competitor activity and behaviour.
- The role will work alongside the FP&A and Business Partnering team to produce, enhance and provide analysis on our pricing performance and work closely with the Commercial forecasting team in forecasting future pricing changes.
About You:
- You will be an analytical expert with 3 yrs + experience of working across analytics/reporting.
- You must be able to demonstrate that you have a curious and commercial mind set and be able to analyze and understand financial data and be able to simplify and communicate outputs to non financial stakeholders.
- You will have ideas from previous roles about how Dexcom can enhance our reporting and processes.
- You will be an excellent, confident communicator, with an ability to simplify messages and influence others.
- You will have demonstrated, in previous roles, that you have excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to form and develop deep relationships across the business.
- You will be motivated, not afraid to make mistakes with a desire to learn and develop.
- You will be adaptable and flexible the candidate must be able to balance priorities and be able to apply themselves to a number of varying deliverables at the same time.
- You will be able to produce multiple key deliverables under tight deadlines and fast turnaround times during certain periods without sacrificing accuracy and presentation.
- You will have experience of data and analytics visualisation applications such as Tableau, Power BI or Smartsheet's. Also you will be very familiar with Excel and PowerPoint.

Range for this role is from 3100 to 3650 EUR gross monthly salary. The final offer will depend on selected candidate qualifications and experience.
