We are currently seeking a talented coordinator to drive our corporate events that prioritize well-being, continuous learning and inclusion.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting events for EPAM communities as well as driving positive change with ESG initiatives.

What You’ll Do
- Strategically plan and execute events, including budgeting, alignment with company goals and stakeholders
- Cooperate across practices to manage event organization flow, ensuring it meets quality benchmarks, budgets and timelines
- Develop handbooks, guidelines and other workflow documentation to streamline processes and ensure clarity for all team members
- Support EPAM tech and informal communities in implementing best community-building practices
- Collaborate with Design team to develop project branding aligned with EPAM guidelines, while adding a creative touch
- Create communication strategies to promote events internally and externally, working closely with PR & Comms and Marketing teams
- Analyze feedback and practice timely retrospectives for constant improving participant engagement and experience
What You Have
- Experience in end-to-end event management from strategic planning to analyzing results
- Familiarity with project management practices and flexibility to lead multiple initiatives
- Knowledge of the Lithuanian event market, including communities, organizations and vendor networks
- Strong copywriting and basic design skills with a passion to advance in these areas
- Demonstrated background in event CRM and participant tracking systems management
- Understanding ESG and DEI practices and willingness to advocate for them
- Proficiency in both English and Lithuanian with strong communication skills
Nice to have
- Understanding of the technology industry
- Familiarity with mailing, design and project management tools
