Key responsibilities:

• thorough credit analysis for corporate clients, evaluating financial statements, cash flows, collateral and risk factors.
• creditworthiness, make recommendations, and prepare loan memorandum for complex corporate transactions.
• with Relationship Managers and other stakeholders to structure credit transactions aligned with business objectives.
• credit exposures, perform periodic reviews, and ensure compliance with established policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA a plus.
• experience (3+ years) as a Credit Analyst within a corporate banking environment.
• analytical skills with an ability to interpret complex financial data and assess credit risk.
• in Lithuanian and English (written and verbal) and excellent communication skills to articulate credit recommendations effectively to Credit Committee.
• knowledge of financial modelling, credit risk assessment, and industry trends.
