Responsibilities:

- Analysis of the needs, dynamics and competitive environment of the markets of the Baltic and Finnish countries;
- assistance in implementing the company's pricing strategy in all countries of the company's operations;
- conduct research and analysis to identify business opportunities and potential risks;
- development of the necessary pricing processes taking into account the company's processes, goals and competitive environment;
- implementation and further support and development of pricing tools;
- collaboration with commercial department stakeholders to align reporting requirements and objectives;
- development and implementation automated report generation processes to minimize manual effort.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related field;
- minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial analysis or related field;
- strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw insights;
- proficient in Microsoft Excel and experience working with R/Python
- experience working with Looker, Power BI, Qlik Sense, Qlik view analytical tools (at least one of them);
- experience in modeling and simulating potential indicators based on the available primary information and the desired change in them;
- market analysis and forecasting experience, knowledge of product pricing and competition tactics;
- critical "data-driven" mindset, self-demanding, problem-solving skills;
- ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- previous experience working in an ecommerce environment will be considered an advantage;
- advanced proficiency in English language.
