At Littelfuse, we are currently offering an excellent opportunity for a Senior Digital Marketing Analyst who is eager to contribute to the reporting and analytical requirements of the Global Marketing and Sales team (Electronic Business Unite, EBU). In this role, you will be responsible for crafting and enhancing queries, reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support these endeavors. Furthermore, you will be involved in managing the EBU’s website.
This role reports to Director, Digital Marketing & Communications and can work in a Hybrid working model from our office in Kaunas City Center or your home office.

ABOUT THE JOB:

  • Take ownership of Power BI report development and implementation, ensuring alignment with business needs and requirements. Translate requirements into appropriate functional specifications and Power BI dashboards/visualizations
  • Identify necessary data elements and source systems, collaborating closely with IT to access relevant datasets.
  • Drive digital innovation initiatives within the marketing team, proposing solutions and enhancements to address current challenges
  • Manage and curate engaging and relevant website content for the Electronics Business Unit (EBU). This includes adding new products, maintaining existing items and product categories, and optimizing product descriptions, photography, and SEO tags
  • Serve as a liaison between IT and business stakeholders to gather requirements, provide support, and drive improvement
  • Assist in testing and validating new website deployments, maintaining communication with IT and business stakeholders throughout the process

ABOUT YOU:

  • Proficiency in developing dashboards and visualizations
  • 3+ years of experience in a Microsoft Power BI environment
  • Familiarity with content management or product management software – Sitecore, InRiver, or something similar
  • Project Management experience preferred
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills in both Lithuanian and English languages
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy and review
  • Proficient in MS Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Quick learner with a strong ability to grasp and apply new concepts
  • Ability to manage projects autonomously and be a self-starter
  • Aptitude for technology and digital marketing practices

Salary

2500-3100 €/mon. gross
The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate.
