Key Responsibilities
Plan and coordinate vehicle transport operations.
Communicate with customers, carriers, and suppliers regarding transport requirements.
Monitor shipments and provide regular status updates.
Select and manage transport providers and subcontractors.
Prepare and maintain transport and shipping documentation.
Ensure compliance with transport regulations and company procedures.
Support quotation preparation and recommend transport solutions to customers.
Track operational and financial performance indicators and propose improvements when needed.
Contribute to achieving customer satisfaction and quality KPIs

What We're Looking For
Experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations.
Good understanding of transport processes and documentation.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Customer-focused mindset and excellent communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
English proficiency (additional languages are an advantage).
