Senior Full-Stack Ruby on Rails Engineer

We're hiring a senior full-stack engineer to take Dyler over end-to-end. You'll be the sole engineer on the product, working directly with the founders, designers, and marketing.
This works because the role is sized for one engineer plus usage of AI tools. Fluency with Cursor, Claude Code, or equivalent is expected.

Vilnius, Lithuania. On-site or hybrid preferred.
Remote candidates in a compatible European timezone will be considered, with regular visits expected during the first few months.

You're inheriting a real, running, revenue-generating marketplace. That comes with tech debt: several core dependencies are past official end-of-life, the frontend has multiple patterns layered over years, and test coverage is uneven. We want someone who modernizes pragmatically while keeping the lights on, not someone who proposes a rewrite in week two.

3.90-minute technical conversation. We'll walk through your past work, then real Dyler problems: importers, Rails upgrade strategy, Elasticsearch tuning. No take-home.
