About the Team & Business Line:
Fund Administration is Citco’s core business, and our alternative asset and accounting service is one of the industry’s most respected. Our continuous investment in learning and technology solutions means our people are equipped to deliver a seamless client experience.
As a core member of our Private Equity Accounting team, you will be working with some of the industry’s most accomplished professionals to deliver award-winning services for complex fund structures that our clients can depend upon.

Your Role:
- Preparation of capital transactions, timely delivery and maintenance of all internal risk control procedures
- Processing capital transactions based on service level agreements (SLA’s)
- Participation in assigned projects in order to support business needs and priorities
- Attending to queries raised by clients while interacting with managers, colleagues and counterparties in a professional and proactive manner
- Assisting auditors and other fund participants and advisors
- Monitoring client correspondence and queue and providing professional responses within SLA
- Identifying any potential issues and escalating where required
About You:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related discipline.
- 1-2 years of professional experience in finance.
- Ambitious to learn more about Private Equity investment industry.
- Proactive and attentive to details.
- Team player with excellent communication skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to learn and able to adapt in new challenges.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
