About the role
We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead complex technical initiatives in a fast-paced, fully remote environment. This role requires a strong leader who can coordinate cross-functional teams, align business and technical priorities, and ensure smooth delivery of high-impact IT projects.
You will act as the central communication hub between Marketing, Tech, and Design teams, while reporting directly to company Executives.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects from planning through execution and launch
Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and measurable success criteria
Coordinate closely with Marketing, Tech, and Design teams to ensure strategic alignment
Serve as the primary liaison between cross-functional teams and company Executives
Provide regular progress updates, performance insights, and strategic reporting directly to Executives
Manage developers, QA teams, designers, and external partners
Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and dependencies
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and stakeholder meetings
Maintain structured documentation and continuously improve internal processes

Qualifications and Requirements
3+ years of experience in IT project management
Proven experience leading cross-functional teams in remote environments
Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Experience with Agile and/or Scrum methodologies
Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Experience reporting directly to executive leadership
Strong organizational, analytical, and leadership skills
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Proven experience leading cross-functional teams in remote environments
Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

Knowledge of casino platforms, gaming integrations, or payment systems

Lithuanian and/or Russian language skills
PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications

What we offer
