Our Vilnius office is growing, and we are looking for a dynamic and career-oriented individual to join our team as a Senior Payroll/Accounting Specialist.
Job Description
- Payroll accounting
- Preparation and submission of reports to Sodra, VMI as well as the clients regarding payroll matters
- Consulting colleagues and clients on payroll and accounting issues
- Automation of payroll accounting processes and implementation of new system solutions
- Support tax audits, tax assessments, and liaising with tax authorities
- Manage client portfolios
- Involvement in payroll/accounting business development
Reikalavimai darbuotojui
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance
- Minimum 4 years of relevant payroll experience
- Experience in accounting would be considered as a strong benefit
- Good knowledge of local tax legislation, labour law regulations
- Ability to communicate in English at B1–B2 level
- Proactive, detailed-oriented and accurate approach to work
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications and ERP systems
