Deliver impactful marketing initiatives across the business
In this role, you will coordinate cross-functional marketing projects from planning through implementation, ensuring alignment between stakeholders, clear priorities and effective execution. You will support Group Marketing's governance agenda by introducing practical project management standards, templates and ways of working that improve visibility, consistency and collaboration across initiatives. The position combines project coordination, stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement in an international environment.

- Manage cross-functional marketing projects from initiation to implementation.
- Coordinate project plans, timelines, budgets, risks and stakeholder communication.
- Support content production programmes, campaigns, events and digital initiatives.
- Maintain project reporting, progress tracking and escalation processes.
- Develop and impement practical project management tools, templates and governance practices.
Organised collaborator experienced in complex environments
You are a pragmatic and practical professional who enjoys creating clarity and momentum in multifaceted environments. You communicate effectively with different stakeholders, manage your responsibilities and maintain focus when managing several priorities simultaneously. You are comfortable facilitating discussions, coordinating across teams and helping colleagues work towards shared objectives.

- 8-10 years of experience in marketing project management, programme management, marketing operations, consulting or related fields.
- Experience delivering complex cross-functional projects within global matrix organisations.
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders, priorities and workstreams simultaneously.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Experience with project or portfolio management tools such as Monday.com.
- Experience in B2B or industrial environments.
