As a Senior SEO Specialist you will lead Artea Bank's organic growth efforts, improving visibility across search engines and emerging AI-powered discovery platforms. Working with marketing, content, UX, analytics, and technology teams, you will identify growth opportunities, drive SEO improvements, and help ensure Artea Bank remains discoverable in an evolving search landscape.

• Develop and execute SEO initiatives that increase organic visibility, traffic quality, and business results.
• Identify and prioritize technical, content, and on-page optimization opportunities across Artea Bank's digital channels.
• Partner with content, UX, analytics, and development teams to improve search performance and customer journeys.
• Monitor, analyse, and report SEO performance using industry-leading tools and data-driven insights.
• Help build Artea Bank's capabilities in GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) and visibility across AI-powered search platforms.

To be #closer, you’ll need:

Must Have:

• 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience with proven organic growth results.
• Strong understanding of technical SEO, on-page optimization, site architecture, and content SEO.
• Experience using Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, or similar tools.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into business recommendations.
• Ability to work effectively with content, marketing, analytics, UX, and technology teams.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in financial services, fintech, e-commerce, SaaS, publishing, marketplace, or agency environments.
• Familiarity with GEO, AI Search Optimization, Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, or similar platforms.
• Experience with structured data, entity-based SEO, and E-E-A-T optimization.
• Knowledge of SEO automation and AI-powered productivity tools.
• Experience managing Digital PR, backlink acquisition, or authority-building initiatives.
