Rankings don't happen by accident - they're built. We're looking for an SEO Specialist who can read a SERP like a map, spot where competitors are leaking traffic, and turn that into a strategy with budgets, briefs, and link plans attached. You'll own promotion end-to-end across our markets in Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, and Finland - on-page, off-page, content, links. If you get excited by competitive niches and have opinions about how to win them, this one's for you.
Requirements for the candidate:
- At least 2 years of experience in SEO.
- Analytical skills and the ability to conduct in-depth competitor analysis.
- Deep understanding of Google search algorithms and the latest updates.
- Understanding and experience with mobile-first indexing optimization.
- Experience with SEO and analytics tools (Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, Majestic, SEMrush, Screaming Frog).
- Ability to handle large volumes of data (advanced user of Google Sheets and Excel).
- Ability to implement link-building strategies using various methods.
- Lithuanian Native, English language B2+ level, (knowledge of one of these languages is an advantage - Latvian, Finnish, Estonian, Russian).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with projects in highly competitive niches in Western markets.
- Experience with product-based projects.
- Experience with task automation.
- Experience with multilingual websites.
- Experience with E-commerce
- Ability to formulate strategies based on data and create project budgets.
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS.
Responsibilities:
- Competitor analysis and market research.
- Developing a promotion strategy for the project and implementing it.
- Creating technical specifications for developers, copywriters, and link builders.
- On-page and off-page SEO optimization.
- Exploring new ways to drive traffic and suggesting improvements for existing conversion rates.
