In this role you will:
The role will include both BAU support and ongoing development on HaloITSM, SQL, Azure DevOps (ADO), PowerAutomate and other similar Microsoft productivity tools. Halo and ADO are strategic platforms for Nobia and are vital for our future success.
HaloITSM training will be available direct from the vendor. The other platforms are more widely used and previous exposure would be preferred.

- Daily BAU support for Halo and ADO
- Statistical reporting utilizing SQL and Tableau
- Creating Knowledge Base content for HaloITSM
- New or improved process development for Nobia users of Service Delivery and Governance systems
- Business process analysis
Your skillset for performance:
You are a self-motivated and a confident communicator when discussing solutions and ideas with Nobians at all levels.
- Well-organised and disciplined worker
- Able to work effectively within a small team with minimal supervision
- Keen to learn and develop their skills (including self-driven learning)
- Able to read/amend/create SQL queries
- Respect for customer/data confidentiality in line with GDPR regulations
