About the role:
As a Sourcing Manager within SEB Group Procurement, you will be responsible for delivering high-value sourcing services. This role requires executing sourcing projects and renegotiating the existing agreements, identifying and executing saving opportunities, communicating and integrating with internal stakeholders, securing one SEB/cross-country/cross-divisional aspects of sourcing, securing operational risk and driving process efficiency to secure our business plan goals. You will extensively collaborate and work together with SEB’s sourcing professionals – Category Managers based mainly Sweden and Lithuania. You will be based in Vilnius and report to the Head of Sourcing and Procurement Center at Group Procurement.

You will be based in Vilnius and report to the Head of Sourcing and Procurement Center at Group Procurement.
To thrive in this role, we believe you have:
- Work experience in sourcing projects, indirect sourcing is beneficial
- Understanding how to manage and deliver cross-country/cross-divisional sourcing
- Negotiation skills as well as the ability to proactively lead, collaborate, influence and motivate stakeholders, suppliers and colleagues
- Skills in maintaining relations with clients and vendors, analytical thinking and can present complex data to stakeholders in a business context, as well as eager to learn and aim for continuous competence growth
- Great communication skills and fluency in English.

Monthly salary range for this position: 3000 - 4600 EUR before tax deduction. The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. The overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
