Your tasks.
- Continuous process improving and developing of logistics activities: external logistics, internal logistics (incl. serving manufacturing – material replenishment, transport services) and warehouse activities.
- Keeping logistics processes updated.
- Securing accurate balances in warehouses.
- Managing warehouse machinery usage and maintenance.
- Logistics resource planning, organising team motivation, training and development.
- Ensures that all measures are implemented to create a safe and healthy work environment.
- Managing procedures related to spare parts and equipment.
- Managing international customs clearance procedures.
- Optimizing transport flows and minimizing costs.
- Collaborating with other Group companies and customers.
Reikalavimai darbuotojui
Requirements.
- Higher education.
- Wide knowledge of logistics.
- Analytical and decision making skills.
- Reporting skills.
- Strong management and leadership competencies.
- Good co-operation and communication skills.
- Advanced level English language: other languages considered as an advantage.
- Experience to work in automotive industry or its’ subcontracting network seen as a benefit.
