Systems Analyst

Main Purpose of the Job

Translate functional specifications into more details to guide development. Examine and evaluate current systems, and identify its requirements. Liaise with users to track additional requirements and features. Document interfaces between new and legacy systems. Collaborate with developers to produce new systems. Validate changes by testing programs.




What can you expect your day to look like?

• AS-IS and TO-BE state business process analysis: takes an active role in executing the analysis, conducts in-depth analysis of the current IT systems (ERP, .Net microservices, internal data servers, internal Maps platform & etc.), contributes to defining the future state of integrations, and supports documentation (BPMN diagrams, UML) and communication efforts.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and document clear and comprehensive business and technical specifications (User stories, Use Cases) for IT systems.

• Conduct analysis and evaluation of existing IT systems, processes, and workflows to identify areas for improvement and recommend appropriate solutions.

• Collaborate with technical teams to translate business needs into system requirements, ensuring accurate and complete understanding.

• Conduct thorough testing and validation of system features to ensure smooth releases.

What do we expect from you?

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Solid understanding of business analysis principles, methodologies, and documentation techniques.

• Proven experience in IT system analysis, including requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.

• Extensive familiarity with IT systems integrations at an advanced level.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and propose practical solutions.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.

• Fluency in English.

• Logistics or transportation domain knowledge will be considered as a huge advantage.

Base monthly salary: from 3350 to 4190 EUR (before tax). The final offer will depend on the candidate’s experience, competencies, and overall fit for the role.
