What You'll do:
- Full-Cycle Recruitment Support: Assist in managing end-to-end recruitment processes for both national and global positions, gaining valuable insight into diverse talent markets.
- Collaborative Learning: Collaborate closely with experienced recruiters to understand position details, team dynamics, and organizational culture, fostering a collaborative learning environment.
- Candidate Experience Prioritization: Learn to prioritize candidate experience, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence and enhances our employer brand.
- Offer Letter Preparation: Aid in preparing offer letters for successful candidates, gaining insight into the final stages of candidate selection and negotiation.
- New Hire Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless integration into the organization and contributing to a positive employee experience.
- Professional Development Projects: Engage in team projects aimed at enhancing talent acquisition processes, providing opportunities for skill development and innovation.
