Job description

We are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team, playing a pivotal role in the end-to-end hiring process and stakeholder management. We value individuals who bring a process-driven approach to their work and have a keen eye for establishing essential recruitment fundamentals. Your ability to excel in stakeholder management is crucial, as you will be actively engaging with various partners throughout the hiring process. Demonstrating strong interpersonal skills, you will influence stakeholders effectively and contribute to the overall success of our talent acquisition initiatives.

Ultimately, you should be able to manage our full recruitment cycle and ensure we always meet our staff requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including posting jobs, sourcing candidates, resume screening, interviewing, offer negotiation;
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop a recruitment plan to identify top-level candidates;
  • Use social media and other job boards to source candidates;
  • Create job descriptions and attractive job postings that will get the attention of top talent;
  • Conduct candidate interviews and assessments to determine fit for the job and the company culture;
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment metrics and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement;
  • Provide a positive candidate experience by keeping candidates informed throughout the recruitment process and providing feedback promptly.

Requirements and skills

  • Experience in recruitment, preferably in the Customer Services industry;
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and techniques;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage time efficiently;
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations;
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods;
  • Familiarity with HR databases, applicant tracking systems and candidate management systems.

Salary

2100-2600 €/mon. gross
The exact salary will be determined based on the candidate’s experience.
