What you'll do
- Contribute to the implementation of talent management processes, including the improvement, planning, and competency analysis of the mid-year review process
- Maintain the "SuccessFactors Talent" system, and develop as well as implement new talent management programs
- Advise employees on planning individual development plans
- Organize employee training and advise managers on training-related matters
- Manage Lidl International learning concepts (e.g., academies) and integrate them into the local market
- Coordinate talent management projects and support employee development initiatives
About you
- Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Social Sciences or related area
- At least 5 years of experience in employee development or similar roles
- Excellent Lithuanian and English language skills, both spoken and written (at least B2 level)
- Experience working with employee development projects
- Knowledge of the SuccessFactors system is an advantage
- Familiarity with the retail sector is an advantage
- Goal-oriented, proactive, and able to adapt quickly to a fast-paced environment
