Job Description:
- Craft and send messages/emails to potential candidates
- Interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Github, Xing)
- Organize and execute the attraction of potential candidates through internal and external candidate databases
- Proactively source candidates and conduct candidate outreach
- Manage candidate databases
- Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques
- Communicate with past applicants regarding new job opportunities
- Participate in Talent Acquisition projects and other initiatives
- Carry out the sourcing strategy built by the Talent Acquisition Partner
- Closely collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers to develop sourcing strategies for top-tier candidates.
Job requirements:
- The ability to positively present our company and open roles to potential candidates
- Proficiency in verbal and written English language (C1/C2)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven work experience as a Talent Sourcer or similar role
- Excellent details-oriented skill
- Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g., recruiting on social platforms like LinkedIn) - is a big plus
- Familiarity with recruitment databases, applicant tracking systems, and candidate management systems - is a big plus
- A desire to gain knowledge about recruitment procedures and renewable from the perspective of an IT company.
