Join the Payments Group as a Team Lead within Payments and Cards operations department and take a lead in process improvements and quality payment operations for SEB bank customers in Baltic countries. You would be a part of management team in Baltic Operations Center and contribute significantly to implementing its digital agenda.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and inspiring the team of nine employees responsible for payments in all three Baltic countries
- Team activity planning and coordination
- Ensuring quality services and continuous process improvements
- Supporting team members with daily tasks
- Interacting with stakeholders from different teams across SEB in terms of payment services
To thrive in this role, we believe you have:
- Leadership experience
- Expertise in Payment products and processes
- Strong personal drive and ability to inspire others
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in English language
