Team Leader (future Store Leader)

As a Department Team Leader, you'll be growing a dynamic business from day one. To put it simply, the purpose of your role is to empower and develop your team; all to ensure that your local customers can get everything they need from your department to practice their favorite sports; and most importantly, they have an amazing shopping experience in the process.

You will be responsible for:

• team recruitment, development, and management (defining human needs and recruiting profiles that will be future leaders);
  
• helping your team grow their skills (daily management; monthly meetings; evaluation process);
  

department organization (schedule management, priorities management, tasks coordination);

• business management (turnover, margin, stock, economic results of department, investments in the right place and the right time).
