We are looking for Team Leader to lead Treasury Team in Vilnius. In this role you will lead and develop the Treasury & Trade Finance team, ensuring FX risk management processes, including end‑to‑end execution of FLOW/IFRS hedges, oversight of intercompany netting, IFRS 9 reporting, exposure analysis and trade finance operations.

We are looking for Team Leader to lead Treasury Team in Vilnius. In this role you will lead and develop the Treasury & Trade Finance team, ensuring FX risk management processes, including end‑to‑end execution of FLOW/IFRS hedges, oversight of intercompany netting, IFRS 9 reporting, exposure analysis and trade finance operations.
Daily work management of the service delivery team:
- Manage daily service team operations, ensuring efficient task allocation and team composition
- Motivate and guide the team, promoting a culture of achievement and professional development
- Conduct fair and productive performance reviews, providing valuable feedback to all staff
- Maintain GBS performance standards, keeping the team focused and knowledgeable
- Build a collaborative, service-focused atmosphere that fosters team excellence and growth
- Work with Operations Manager and peers to optimize workload and resource use
- Prioritize stakeholder engagement and teamwork to ensure individual and collective success, aligning with organizational objectives
Basic Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- Solid experience in accounting
- People management skills, customer service mindset
- Fluency in English is mandatory
- Drive for creating high performance culture
- Solution and development oriented, problem solving skills
- SAP experience is an advantage
- Good communication and presentation skills as well as teamwork and co-operation skills in a cross-cultural organization
