As a Team Manager you will be responsible for:
- Building and developing a good team and working environment by working with staff planning (attract, recruit, develop, inspire and reward).
- Working with Continuous improvement to set best practice, develop processes, the team and each individual in order to reach everyone’s full potential and thereby meet targets and KPIs, minimize operational risks.
- Working independently and at the same time in close cooperation with own team, management team, Process Area Specialist, Global Process Expert/Manager and other applicable roles to meet operational and customer excellence.
- Building & maintaining collaboration with stakeholders.
To thrive in this role, we believe you have:
- Leadership experience with a strong focus on teamwork and customer delivery
- An ability to develop and motivate staff in a way that enables them to fully exploit their potential and deliver excellent customer service
- High risk awareness, while being thorough, driven, good at problem solving and thinking outside the box
- An ability to prioritize and point out the way and direction to secure daily processing and/or support future needs
- Excellent English language skills

Monthly salary range for this position: 3000-4600 EUR before tax deduction. The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. The overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
