Technical Product Manager

We're hiring a Technical Product Manager — but not in the traditional sense.
At Lirema we're already building real products used by real customers — and over the past year, we've deeply integrated AI into how those products are created.
That changes the role completely.
We're not looking for someone to manage backlogs.
We're looking for someone who can build alongside AI.

This role is for someone who:
→ Understands product fundamentals — user value, prioritization, clarity of thinking
→ Can actually build (not just write specs). We use tools like Lovable, Cursor, Claude, GitHub Copilot, Antigravity — and we’re open if you bring better ones
→ Thinks in systems and architecture — enough to know when to involve senior engineers
→ Has initiative and curiosity. Tools can be learned fast. Mindset can’t
You won’t replace engineering.
Our senior developers and production systems are critical.

But the product role itself is evolving — from coordinating work → to co-creating it with AI.

You’ll work directly with:

• marketing (creative + performance)
  
• full-stack developers
  
• another PO on parallel modules
  
• senior PO / COO
  
• and our CEO
