Tasks
- Responsibility for the stable, secure and supported operation of the Citrix, SCCM, Intune infrastructure landscape together with different support teams.
- Support the rollout and service definition of the Digital Workplace project and Endpoint management.
- Coordination of changes to the existing Infrastructure systems with the internal team, service providers and countries.
- Regular analysis of the service infrastructure landscape and providing recommendations for optimizations to meet the business requirements (availability, capacity, performance, lifecycle, security, etc.).
- Providing Service reporting and Key Performance Indicators analysis.
- Close collaboration with stakeholders and platform architects to optimize solutions.
- Shape the existing service landscape and bring it to the next level.
We would love you to have...
- Several years of technical and service management/architecture experience in a demanding IT environment.
- Multi-annual work experience in a multinational environment.
- Team player with quick apprehension, strong information technology understanding, independent, precise and structured way of working, as well as analytical and conceptual mindset.
- Commitment, customer orientation and strong communication skills.
- Excellent command in English (written and spoken).
- Nice to have: Successfully completed study of business information technology, information technology or comparable education.
- Nice to have: German language skills.
- Nice to have: ITIL qualifications.
- Nice to have: Multi-annual work experience in the SharePoint context (Site Collection level sufficient).
