This role will be key for moving forward EFI's tech offering. It offers a unique opportunity for an ambitious individual to own the testing process and build out and develop the function.

What work will I be doing?

EFI’s Product Team are responsible for the development and rollout of EFI’s product offering. Reporting to the Product Marketing Manager, the Customer Success & Testing Analyst will be responsible for:

  • Creating and maintaining product-specific documentation to record functionality and use for internal and external parties as defined from testing and customer feedback channels.
  • Developing and executing comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate system functionality within expected timelines.
  • Analysing test results and customer feedback, identifying any issues, discrepancies, or improvements, and documenting them for further investigation and resolution.
  • Documenting and maintaining regression testing packs for developed products and services.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams including developers, and business analysts, to understand system requirements and ensure complete test coverage.
  • Managing the customer success inbox, implementing innovative methods to monitor and optimise support.
  • Developing and producing periodic reports to record testing outcomes and customer success metrics.
  • Collaborating with development and marketing teams to provide insights on user experience.
  • Leading demos and/or training sessions to showcase new features.
  • Managing and motivating any team members assigned to support Customer Success and Testing activities.
  • In addition to the above-mentioned tasks other activities and responsibilities may be individually defined.

Requirements

Essential
  • Degree level education or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge of worldwide financial services industry and all its moving parts.
  • Utilising strong communication skills to manage a variety of stakeholders.
  • Proven experience of interpreting, analysing, and manipulating data.
  • Proven experience working with Tech solutions.
