Job Description

  • Train new and experienced Evolution employees in game knowledge
  • Maintain high results by analyzing and resolving quality and service issues, identifying trends and recommending system improvements
  • Organize, manage and develop training programs within the field of game presenting and performance techniques
  • Analyze the results of the learning process, propose the necessary corrections and /or amendments of the training programs
  • Participate in and organize projects, social activities and events which go in line with business and departmental needs
  • Ensure Game Presenters performance monitoring and improvement
  • Accurately complete and submit required reports and related paperwork
  • Cooperate with colleagues and other departments to improve training quality

Qualifications

  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written; Lithuanian proficiency of at least B2 level
  • High knowledge and expertise of the game procedural processes, techniques, strategies, and game rules
  • Experience in staff training and/or mentoring will be considered as an advantage
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Excellent level of computer literacy, more specifically in the Microsoft Office package
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and non-verbal
  • Ability to work with interactive and creative methods
  • Good time scheduling and management capabilities
  • Good negotiation, mediation, and problem-solving skills
  • High sense of urgency
