What Will you do:
- Deliver various training sessions for CyberCare employees, covering E-Learning, technical skills, soft skills.
- Act as a mentor and the first buddy to new employees;
- Work on training material creation, its development, and constant improvement;
- Continuously improve training programs based on feedback from employees and internal teams;
- Monitor training progress and results;
- Lead learning & development initiatives.
What we expect from you:
- Curiosity, kindness, patience, and desire to reach success!
- Advanced knowledge of how network technologies work (IPv4, routing, proxies);
- Training experience of customer support agents;
- Proud of top-notch communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills;
- Have excellent time management and organizational skills;
- Experience in working with the creation of visual content;
- Working full-time;
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Lithuanian;
- Inspiring others about customer success;
- (Above all) Leading by example.
