Transportation Coordinator - Afterhours - Night shift

DB Solutions is looking for an Afterhours Coordinator to monitor freight movement in the United States. This role involves tracking shipments, resolving issues outside regular business hours, communicating with drivers and customers, and assisting with scheduling.

No experience required — full training provided.

This position offers a clear growth path within the company. After gaining experience in the Afterhours Department, you can advance to a Driver Manager role, where you will manage your own group of drivers, plan their routes, and book freight for them.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with truck drivers via phone and email to track and trace all assigned shipments.
  
• Monitor load movement and update shipment status in the system throughout the shift.
  
• Maintain accurate tracking to ensure all loads are updated properly and on time.
  
• Escalate issues and follow internal procedures to prevent shipment delays.

• English level B2 or higher.

• Ability to multitask and stay proactive.
  
• Strong attention to detail and goal orientation.
  
• Punctuality and a strong sense of urgency.
  
• Stable, reliable, and responsible work ethic.

Schedule:
Monday - Friday - 00:00-07:00 + 12hr on duty shift every second weekend.
8€/hour gross - 22:00 - 06:00 hours are paid at 1.5 times ratio.
Salary is a subject for increase after probationary period.
Salary is a subject for significant increase after promotion to Driver Manager.
