TRANSPORTO KOORDINATORIUS

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Transportation Coordinator to join our logistics team. The Transportation Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating freight movement, managing driver schedules, and ensuring the efficient and timely delivery of goods in the United States of America.

• Schedule, assign, and track loads for company drivers and/or owner-operators.
  
• Communicate with drivers, brokers, and shippers regarding load details, routes, and delivery updates.
  
• Monitor driver locations using GPS and ELD systems to ensure on-time performance.
  
• Negotiate load rates with brokers and secure profitable freight.
  
• Address and resolve unexpected issues such as traffic delays, breakdowns, or weather disruptions.
  
• Maintain accurate records of load confirmations, and trip reports.
  
• Build and maintain positive relationships with drivers, shippers, and brokers.
  

NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED. We will train and teach.
The goal is to learn and eventually move to the Transportation Manager's position to handle your own group of drivers and book freight for them.

Work is from office in Kaunas (not a remote position)
Working hours: Monday to Friday 15:00-00:00

Previous experience in trucking, logistics, or dispatching is an advantage, but is NOT NECESSARY.

Salary during the probation period is 1200eur - 1500eur after taxes (starting salary depends on experience level)
Salary is a subject to increase after probationary period.
