USA DISPATCHER / TRANSPORTATION MANAGER

As a transportation manager at MNS1 Express Inc, you will play a key role in coordinating daily trucking operations. You’ll be responsible for scheduling drivers, managing freight assignments, monitoring load progress, and ensuring timely and efficient deliveries. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to think quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a dispatcher in the trucking or logistics industry

Strong understanding of transportation, routing, and freight logistics.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Ability to handle pressure, multitask, and make quick decisions in real time.

Working knowledge of trucking operations, ELD systems, and DOT regulations.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.

Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Problem-solving mindset with a customer-focused attitude.

Able to work 15:00 to 00:00 (midnight)
