What we expect from our future colleague:
- Research user needs and expectations through interviews, observation and data analysis.
- Create information architecture, prototypes, visual designs and product interfaces.
- Participate in product testing and collecting feedback from users.
- Optimise user experience and interfaces based on analytics and feedback.
- Collaborate with the development team to realise product designs.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in product design.
- Strong understanding of user experience (UX) and ability to apply techniques and best practices.
- Experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch or Adobe Creative Suite. We use Figma
- Creativity, innovation and the ability to think strategically.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Proven experience in all phases of the design process including user research, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, and usability testing.
- An intuitive eye for customer needs beyond the obvious
- Recommend new tools and technologies by staying abreast of the latest trends and techniques
- Fluency in English and Russian
