Join a leading FMCG business across the Baltics
We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Value Management leader to join our team and lead data-driven, optimized, more effective pricing, promotion and assortment decisions across Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia.
This is a strategic regional role with strong visibility and impact across Sales, Marketing and Leadership teams. You will help shape commercial strategy, identify growth opportunities and drive profitable decision-making across multiple markets.

What you'll be doing

  • Lead pricing, promotion and assortment optimisation across the Baltic markets
  • Identify commercial growth opportunities through market analysis, customer insights and business performance data
  • Develop pricing recommendations and support annual price increase processes across countries
  • Build promotion frameworks, investment guidelines and ROI improvement initiatives
  • Drive assortment and portfolio optimization, including mix improvement, delisting opportunities and innovation input
  • Identify, evaluate and implement pricing, promotion and assortment tools, partnering with commercial teams to embed them into day to day decision making
  • Partner closely with Sales teams across the Baltics to create strong commercial plans and sell-in stories
  • Quantify financial impact of initiatives and track performance through clear KPIs
  • Ensure best practice sharing and alignment across Baltic markets
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain teams

What we’re looking for

  • 3+ years of experience in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) or consumer goods commercial roles
  • Experience in Revenue Growth Management, Category Management, Commercial Excellence or Sales Development
  • Strong understanding of pricing, promotions and assortment levers
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to convert data into commercial actions
  • Experience working in a regional / multi-market environment is a strong advantage
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities across countries and functions
  • Fluency in English and a Baltic language would be considered an advantage.
