Position Summary:

Vilnius International School is seeking an enthusiastic, qualified, and experienced middle school Visual Media/Design Teacher to join our faculty for the 2026–2027 academic year. We are an authorized International Baccalaureate (IB) World School offering the Middle Years Programme (MYP). The successful candidate will be dedicated to fostering a challenging and engaging learning environment, promoting inquiry-based learning, and cultivating globally-minded students through the IB MYP framework.

Requirements and qualifications:

  • University degree relevant to subject;
  • Qualification in information technology or visual arts with a strong background in media arts;
  • Pedagogical qualification and teaching experience is preferred but not required;
  • Excellent spoken and written English;
  • Candidates are expected to be flexible, open-minded, team players, sensitive to the needs of students age group;
  • We also expect the candidate to be willing to take initiative in identifying opportunities to make technology relevant and engaging for our students.
