Your ‘day to day’
As a Warehouse Operations Executive at our factory in Klaipėda you will execute and lead the processes for eliminating losses by effective problem solving and process control of the assigned warehousing line. You will also be responsible for:
- Being the process expert/qualifier/coach in problem solving and on floor troubleshooting;
- Leading and ensuring autonomous/self-sufficient team's compliance to all standard Warehousing and Logistics systems and tools;
- Acting and promoting an interdependent and transparent safety culture in the warehousing team by fostering the utilization of preventative/predictive approach;
- Leading problem-solving activities on standard problem-solving tools;
- Identifying, proposing and deploying initiatives to achieve loss elimination in warehousing processes;
- Communicating in a timely manner on loss elimination priorities, plans, responsibilities to ensure cross-functional alignment.
Who we’re looking for:
A knowledgeable and result driven Warehouse Operations Executive who:
- Has a college or university degree (Logistics, IT, Engineering, Economics degree would be an advantage).
- Is fluent in Lithuanian & English (written and spoken);
- Is an advanced MS Office user;
- Is knowledgeable in production environment, logistics as well as warehousing tools and processes;
- Has an analytical, collaborative and detail oriented personality.

Salary
2460-3075 €/mon. gross
The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate.
