Responsibilities:

Quality Assurance:
  • Design & execute quality control procedures for goods (inbound/outbound).
  • Conduct audits & recommend corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with suppliers for quality assurance.
Safety Management:
  • Develop & implement a comprehensive safety program.
  • Evaluate & adjust training programs as needed.
  • Report on warehouse quality & safety performance.
  • Conduct risk assessments & enforce safety protocols.
  • Investigate & document safety incidents.
  • Deliver safety training for warehouse personnel.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a warehouse quality and safety role.
  • Good understanding of quality control principles and relevant quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).
  • Comprehensive knowledge of occupational safety and health (OSH) principles and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
