The Data Analyst develops, maintains, and improves the company's data and BI environment. The role works with dbt Cloud, Amazon Redshift, and Zoho Analytics to ensure reliable data pipelines, accurate reporting, and user-friendly dashboards. The analyst also contributes to new data capabilities, including the dbt Semantic Layer, Neo4j Knowledge Graph, and dbt MCP server.

Maintain and improve dbt models and Zoho Analytics dashboards.
Develop new data models, metrics, reports, and dashboards to support business needs.
Ensure data accuracy, quality, documentation, and timely issue resolution.
Build and maintain the dbt Semantic Layer to create consistent metric definitions.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of the Neo4j Knowledge Graph.
Support implementation and use of the dbt MCP server.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable data solutions.
Collaborate within the Data and AI Team by sharing knowledge, supporting teammates, and contributing to team goals.
Identify opportunities to improve data processes, reporting, and BI infrastructure.

Strong SQL skills and experience with Amazon Redshift.
Experience developing and maintaining dbt Cloud models, tests, documentation, deployments, and Git-based version control.
Experience with BI tools, ideally Zoho Analytics.
Understanding of data modelling, data quality, and pipeline maintenance.
Familiarity with semantic layers and metric governance.
Interest or experience in graph databases, preferably Neo4j.
Ability to troubleshoot data issues and communicate findings clearly.
Ability to use AI tools safely and effectively in data work.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, and prioritization skills.
Strong written and spoken English.
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Minimum 2+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, analytics engineering, or a similar data-focused role.
Practical experience with SQL, data modelling, and BI reporting.
Experience with dbt and cloud data warehouses is strongly preferred.
Experience with Redshift, Zoho Analytics, semantic layers, Neo4j, or MCP-based tools is an advantage.

Remote workplace.
Working hours: 8 - 17 h LT time zone.
