About the role and team:
Kongsberg NanoAvionics is looking for an experienced Administrator to help manage the office full of cosmic energy, where we engineer and build our state-of-the-art satellites! This role will make you thrive if you enjoy a wider scope of work functions, are result driven and comfortable in fixing problems on the way. As an Administrator, you will:
- Take full ownership of documentation within the admin scope (employees, company documentation)
- Bring insights and optimize some administration processes
- Contribute in implementing a documentation system
- Timely administer employee data in internal & external tools
- Coordinate employees’ travel and accommodation on business trips
- Collaborate with accounting, legal, and HR
- Be a go-to person and help employees to navigate within admin-related processes
- Help admin team with general tasks
- Work from the office
We expect you to:
- Have successful experience in a similar position
- Have an eagle eye for details and a problem-solver attitude
- Excellent communication skills in English and Lithuanian (written and spoken)
- Know your way around Office applications (Word, Excel etc.)
- Have knowledge of admin-related processes (travel arrangements, documentation management etc.)
- Be able to navigate through Lithuanian Labor Code
- Be a team-player and professional in different work situations.
Nice to have:
- Experience in creating some admin-related processes
- Experience in implementing a documentation tool
