What you will do:
- Scout, charm, and enlist new affiliate partners;
- Foster and sustain relationships with our existing affiliates;
- Dive into partner performance data for insightful analysis;
- Lead negotiations with affiliates, ensuring a win-win outcome;
- Keep tabs on end-of-month affiliate settlements;
- Keep our affiliates in the loop with product updates and new promo campaigns;
- Tackle other various technical tasks.
Successful candidate must be:
- Owner of stellar communication and negotiation skills (a sprinkle of humour earns extra points!);
- Master juggler in a fast-paced environment;
- Eagle-eyed for details, fuelled by data-driven decision-making;
- Fluent in English (at least B2 level);
- Familiar with digital marketing concepts;
- Willing to jet-set to global conferences and events abroad;
- Experienced with affiliate marketing or iGaming industry (this adds extra points, but is not mandatory).
