We are looking for an Internal Auditor whowill execute operational and financial risk-based audits across multiple regions. Our audit team operates as a globally integrated unit, necessitating interaction with our business partners worldwide. Apart from audit duties, this role will involve providing innovative leadership and collaborating with business personnel within the European region to enhance risk management practices continuously.
For this position, we provide a Remote or Hybrid work arrangement, with the possibility to work from the Kaunas office from time to time.

ABOUT THE JOB:

  • Execute organization-wide financial, operational, and strategic risk-based audits
  • Assist with the creation of audit work programs and execute fieldwork, including assessing processes and identifying control weaknesses
  • Present audit findings to Executive Leadership and support the business with developing correcting action plans
  • Prepare Draft audit reports for review by the Audit Manager and Director of Internal Audit
  • Utilize data analytics to assess business processes and identify control weaknesses
  • Collaborate effectively within a dynamic, diverse, and high-energy team

ABOUT YOU:

  • Bachelor’s degree with a focus on Accounting or Finance
  • 2+ years of experience preferably with a “Big 4” or mid-level accounting firm, and/or a multi-national company
  • Obtained or working towards a relevant professional certification (e.g. CIA, CPA, CISA, etc.)
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
  • Works well independently and as part of a multi-national team
  • Drive and ambition to learn the business, build relationships and become a leader
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and writing skills
  • Experience with ERP systems such as SAP is preferred
  • Knowledge of German, French, or other languages is highly desirable
  • Availability to go on international business travels (estimated 15 - 20%)

Salary

3000-3800 €/mon. gross
The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate.
