To enforce further growth, we are inviting an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in the Vilnius office.

IN THIS POSITION YOU WILL:
- Develop and implement the sales and marketing plan which will focus on revenue, new leads generation, and market expansion.
- Gather, organize, and analyze information on customer behavior, market trends, and competitive environment.
- Build a pipeline of potential customers and improve conversion rates.
- Plan and execute marketing and sales strategy, drive company’s marketing campaigns, including e-marketing resources.
- Develop presentation materials.
- Maintain an active presence at international trade show events.
- Oversee the clients’ contact database, and work closely with Sales Managers.
- Assist with the development, integration, and maintenance of the HubSpot CRM program.
- Optimize current and open new sales channels.
- Monitor and manage all social media platforms and company websites.
WE EXPECT THAT YOU:
- Fluency in written and spoken English is a must.
- 2+ years of B2B marketing experience.
- A track record of success in converting leads into customers and executing contracts.
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
- High computer literacy, and experience with CRM systems like HubSpot.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Is fond of ChatGPT and AI marketing solutions.
