Currently we are looking for a Security Compliance Analyst to join our Littelfuse Global Information Security department. In this role you will ensure compliance within our organization with a strong focus on firmware development processes. You will be responsible for supporting initiatives that help us meet our current compliance requirements and advance our compliance goals.
This role offers hybrid working model directly reporting to Sr. Manager, Information Security.

ABOUT THE JOB:
- Analyze and update existing policies and related documentation
- Assist in the monitoring of firmware and related software as required by applicable standards and requirements, such as WP.29 UNECE and ISO 21434
- Develop and execute new compliance policies, standards and procedures as required
- Assess existing applications for compliance and advice on mitigation plans
- Run the firmware compliance project
- Train employees in industry compliance requirements
- Keep up with new requirements and amendments to existing regulations
- Collaborate closely with the Security Engineering Team
ABOUT YOU:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, data processing or related field
- More than 2 years of experience in the IT Governance or Compliance field
- Exceptional ability to formulate compliance policies, standards and procedures, and related documentation
- High level of verbal and written communication skills in English language
- Detail-oriented personality with ability to work in cross-country project teams
- Experience in functional safety for Automotive or ISO 21434 – would be beneficial

Salary
3100-3800 €/mon. gross
