Purpose of the position:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven SEO Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective search engine optimization strategies to enhance our online presence and drive organic traffic to our websites. The SEO Manager will collaborate with various teams to optimize content, analyze data and stay updated with the latest industry trends to improve search engine rankings for our cross-country marketplace platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and support international SEO team (creating tactical plans and setting tasks, providing trainings, assessments and etc.);
- Carry out regular SEO audits to identify weakness and opportunities for growth;
- Develop and execute SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings;
- Collaborate with internal and external SEO partners, including agencies, developers, analysts, content creators, copywriters etc.;
- Provide recommendations and implement strategies to improve site structure, usability, and conversion rates;
- Ensure our website content follows best practices and supports our business goals;
- Ensure our off-site SEO activities follow best practices and support our business goals;
- Test, measure and monitor new solutions, including but not limited to changes to front end code, content automation, use of AI etc.;
- Monitor and analyse website performance and provide regular reports and insights for the management, SEO team and relevant external partners;
- Manage SEO-related projects throughout their life cycle, from creating business cases to writing IT tickets and monitoring impact post launch;
- Manage SEO budgeting and forecasting to ensure we have the highest possible ROI;
- Identify, describe and prioritise SEO-related tasks and front-end improvements for our IT department and Web UI teams.
Requirements and skills:
- 2 years work experience in SEO field;
- Work experience with SEO tools (SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog etc.);
- Experience working with Google Analytics;
- Experience working with large scale content in multiple languages;
- Understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors;
- Website analytics tools and data-driven decision-making;
- An understanding of UX and accessibility standards;
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS and content management systems (CMS);
- Fluent written and spoken English knowledge;
- Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills;
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
