Store Sales Manager, Panorama, Vilnius

Salary 1900 - 2100 EUR brutto depending from prevouse expierence.

Your role in our team.

As Store Sales Manager, you are the one who keeps the store up and running. From daily tasks and making sure the store concept is fully carried out, to developing the store, keeping it profitable and being a key player in making Lindex grow. You are in charge of the budget, personnel, working environment and security. And most importantly – you lead the way for your team and together you make our customers feel their best.

This role is a permanent position of 40 hours per week, starting date in agreement.

We believe you are a driven and business-oriented person with good communication and leadership skills. And you lead with example – with your love of fashion, your ability to prioritise and your way to always put the customer first. Motivating, developing and coaching the team to achieve great results together comes naturally for you.

You enjoy working in an ever-changing environment, where you get to grow and learn new things. Leading yourself and others, being active in your own development and giving and taking feedback are all things you know well. You are curious about digital tools and how they can support you and your team in store. You believe in togetherness and are motivated by the possibility to make an impact. Also, this probably sounds like you:

• High school education
• Experience of a leading role within the service industry
• English, written and spoken
• Confident with digital working tools
• Meritorious: retail experience, preferably within fashion
