Job description
MakesYouLocal helps webshops to expand and succeed abroad. Several of our clients are focusing on markets across Europe, including Lithuania, which is why we are looking for new colleagues to join our Lithuanian team in Vilnius!
In this position, you will play an important part in our clients’ success. Together with the team, you will help the customers with the issues they have, when shopping online. Your job will primarily be customer service by mail, chat and phone call.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
Our new colleague should have excellent verbal and written skills in Lithuanian, and have a good understanding of Lithuanian customers' mindset, as well as first-hand knowledge of the culture.

Your tasks and responsibilities:
- Customer service (phone, chat, email)
- Providing valuable feedback to clients to optimise the customer experience
- Translations
- Social media monitoring tasks

- Native-level Lithuanian language skills, good command of written and spoken language.
- Great customer service skills - you love to help customers!
